In a fiery rebuke, Montserrado County District 16 Representative Dixon Seboe, spokesperson for the Rule of Law Caucus, has dismissed the Majority Bloc’s proposed “reconciliatory” meeting as illegal.
Speaking on Bana FM on Thursday, Seboe accused the Majority Bloc of using the meeting to mask their unconstitutional suspension of Representative Yekeh Kolubah, a move he claims infringes on freedom of speech and expression.
Seboe declared that the Rule of Law Caucus would not participate in what he described as a disingenuous attempt at reconciliation. He further criticized Representative Ellen Attoh-Wreh’s inclusion in the meeting, noting her absence due to her attendance at an International Women’s Day conference in the United States.
The caucus remains focused on the upcoming interpretation of the Bill of Information, scheduled for Friday, March 14, which Seboe hopes will clarify the contentious issue.
In a separate statement, the Rule of Law Caucus condemned the Majority Bloc’s actions as illegal and unconstitutional, underscoring their commitment to upholding democratic principles.
